Don't lose your
benefits

You must renew your Medicaid or Healthy Michigan coverage every year. And always make sure to keep your contact info up to date. This includes the address where you receive your mail, which you can update in your MI Bridges account. Watch for a Medicaid renewal notice in the mail. You’ll get it about the same time of year as when you first applied for benefits.

Questions?

Just call the Beneficiary Help Line at 1-800-642-3195 (TTY: 1-866-501-5656). You can call Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 7 PM. Or you can visit the MI Bridges website.
