And make sure you get the most from your benefits. Need language services? You can get help at no cost. Just call the number on your member ID card.

Were you assigned a doctor? You can change to your current or preferred provider if they’re in our network. Just contact us. You can also find other local care you need, from vision and dental care to primary care providers and specialists.

To keep your benefits, make sure that any info we have from you (address, phone and email) stays current. You can visit MI Bridges.
