Your plan options
We offer plan options that meet different needs for different people:
In Florida, regular Medicaid is known as Managed Medical Assistance (MMA). It offers coverage for those who meet certain income, age or disability requirements.
Low-income and working people or:
- Families
- Children
- Pregnant women
- Those who were in foster care
- Non-citizens with medical emergencies
- Older people or those with disabilities not receiving Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
FHK is for children ages 5 through 18 of working parents who don’t otherwise qualify for Medicaid.
LTC is for adults (18 years and older) who are:
- Eligible for Medicaid
- Need long-term services and supports and/or a nursing facility level of care
