Need a quick answer to a health question? The 24-Hour Nurse Line is here for you. If your concern can’t wait until you can see your doctor, call 1-866-827-2710 (TTY: 711) anytime. And Member Services will connect you with a nurse.
Languages and formats
If you speak a language other than English, we can help. Just call us at 1-866-827-2710 (TTY: 711). Then, ask for an interpreter. You'll get this service at no cost to you.
If you’re deaf or blind, we can give you information in other formats. These include sign language, braille, large-sized print and audio.
Transportation
Need transportation? You may be able to get one for a medical reason, such as:
Getting to doctor, dental, vision or physical therapy visits
Picking up prescription medicines at the pharmacy
First, check with your local health department. See if they cover transportation. If not, just call us at 1-866-827-2710 (TTY: 711). Be sure to call at least 72 business hours before you need transportation. Have an emergency? Transportation is covered. Just call 911.
