    You can do so much more with your health plan when you create an account in your Member Portal. Just log in to manage your plan benefits and health goals from anywhere. Or use your Aetna Better Health® app to take your benefits on the go.

    Are you a caregiver or member of Supporting Kentucky Youth (SKY)?

    Online access to member information is only for SKY members who have received authorization, including Former Foster Youth, some justice involved youth, and SKY members receiving Adoption Assistance. All other SKY members or their caregiver need to call Member Services at 1-855-300-5528 (TTY: 711) for help.

    You can do a lot inside your Member Portal. Just log in. Then, you can: 

     

    • See your member ID card or ask for a new one 

    • Change your primary care physician (PCP)

    • Update your contact info 

    • Find forms and materials

    • See your health history 

    • Track your health goals

    • See the status of your claim 

    • Research prescription medications 

    • Find a pharmacy in your area 

    • Get support from a registered nurse

    • Connect with your care team if you take part in care management

    Access the MyActiveHealth℠ program

    You deserve to live a happy, healthy life. And we can help. MyActiveHealth is a tool that makes it easy to take charge of your health. And there’s no extra cost. Just log in to the Member Portal. Then, choose "Tasks.” Next, choose “Manage My Health.”  

     

    From there, you’ll be able to find: 

    Health surveys and records 

    Track your medical history and get healthy living tips based on your survey answers. 

    Videos and podcasts 

    Learn more about health, your health plan and other wellness topics. 

    Healthy lifestyle programs  

    These programs can help you meet big goals, like quitting smoking, eating healthy, managing stress and more. 

    You can also use your smartphone to access MyActiveHealth. Or call 1-855-231-3716 to ask for a printed copy of the health survey. You can also ask for info on health conditions and wellness topics in print.
