Aetna Medicare Advantage Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (HMO D-SNP) are available to people who have Medicare and either receive Medicaid assistance from Commonwealth Coordinated Care Plus (Medicaid) or enrolled in a Medicare Savings Program in the state of Virginia.

Our plans are designed for people with special health care needs. We offer additional benefits and services not covered under Medicare, such as dental, hearing aids, and eyewear. If you are a member in one of the Aetna Medicare Advantage Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan, we may help coordinate your Medicare and Medicaid covered services for you.
